Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no lock-in contract. If the product is not helping you follow through, you can stop.

Will I lose my data if I cancel?

Your challenge history remains linked to your account. You can also request account deletion at any time.

What is the difference between a goal and a challenge?

A goal is longer-term. A challenge is the daily measurable action that moves the goal forward.

Can I run multiple challenges?

Yes. Paid plans support multiple active challenges. Start with one if you want a simpler system.

How is my data protected?

We collect only what is needed to run your account. Payment details are handled by Stripe, not stored in full by us.

Do you have a mobile app?

Not yet. The web experience is currently the primary product and works on mobile browsers.

Can I lie on daily check-ins?

You can, but it defeats the purpose. The product works when your daily number is honest.

What makes a good challenge?

Choose something inside your control and measurable each day. Keep the definition objective and simple.

Challenge examples that work well

Use formats like minimum/maximum + number + unit + per day so your standard is clear.

  • Read a minimum of 20 pages a day.
  • Walk a minimum of 8,000 steps a day.
  • Make a minimum of 3 sales calls a day.
  • Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water a day.
  • Watch a maximum of 2 hours of TV a day.
